Warren is a qualified Senior Site Manager with over 17 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. A carpenter by trade, he is adept at managing the day-to-day operations of a busy construction company.
Having worked on large scale projects, Warren has a strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and project drivers. He is proficient in complex planning,
programming procurement, resourcing and coordinating of subcontractors and suppliers. He prioritises management, implementing rigorous policies and procedures throughout. Warren is passionate about health and safety on sit, engaging all personnel in site safety management and creating a positive, proactive safety culture.

Tim is our Senior Project Manager with a Diploma in Building and Construction Management and over 15 years experience in the commercial and residential building industry. He is a carpenter by trade and has spent the last 4 years site managing commercial hotels and MOE projects across Central Otago.
Tim has proven his strength to deliver large scale projects on time, of high quality alongside his technical and professional expertise, drives, dedication and motivates his teams to perform to a higher level of excellence. Tim is a problem solver, analyses issues and take initiative.

Lachlan is our Commercial and Residential Project Manager with over 18 years of building expertise. He joined us in 2022 bringing a wealth of knowledge of Multi Level Commercial and Civil Construction.
Site Manager to Project Manager was a natural step for Lachlan with his proven track record of exceptional builds, Schedule Management, and high-level performance. His commitment to the industry and to his team is reflected in the quality and dedication displayed by his builders on every site.

Jack is a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the construction industry. With a diverse background having spent time on site as a carpenter and now as a quantity surveyor, Jack brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every project. Jack holds a degree from Massey University, where he majored in Quantity Surveying. This, combined with his practical carpentry experience, enables him to bridge the gap between theory and real-world execution, ensuring that projects are not only financially sound but also practically effective.

He began his career as an apprentice before becoming a qualified carpenter, gaining valuable hands-on experience that laid the foundation for his progression into leadership and project management roles.
Tom is highly regarded for his problem-solving skills and commitment to exceptional project outcomes. He guides teams with clarity and efficiency, ensuring seamless execution at every stage, while working closely with clients to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.

With more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Hayley has established a strong reputation in the commercial sector, particularly across government projects. She has served as Lead Quantity Surveyor on a range of significant contracts and is recognized for her precision, professionalism, and strategic approach. Her core expertise includes contract negotiations, tendering and subcontractor procurement, project reporting, and the identification and management of contractual and financial risks. Hayley’s ability to combine high-level commercial oversight with meticulous attention to detail ensures that projects are delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and a commitment to continuous professional development

Blythe has over a decade of experience in construction, working primarily as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager across high-end residential and large-scale residential developments. Her roles have spanned full pre- and post-contract functions including project costing, tendering, cost control, variation pricing, and stakeholder coordination. She has contributed to multimillion-dollar projects in Auckland, Wanaka, and Queenstown, managing everything from apartments and large-lot housing developments for organisations such as Kāinga Ora and community housing providers, as well as working with architects and private clients to deliver bespoke architecturally designed homes.

As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations, manages the company accounts, and ensures clear communication across the team.
